EXCHANGE + RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accommodate any exchange of apparel or shoe items if a size does not work for you!

An exchange of items must be initiated no later than 30 business days in unused, undamaged, unworn condition. Returns are not accepted: only a “same style, different size” exchange.  If no exchange of items is to be made, store credit will be issued to the customer. 

If you purchased an item at a pop up event or online you must email eclecticduo504@gmail.com ASAP to set up the return process.  A return shipping label will be emailed to you at no additional charge for returning items by mail (USPS is the only shipping method used).  

Earrings are returnable for repair or exact style exchange only, no exceptions.

*If no exchange of items is to be made, store credit will be issued to the customer, no exceptions.*

Hair goods, Beauty items, Home and Gift items, and all other accessories (i.e purses, bags, purse straps, koozies, pouches, backpacks, etc.) are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange.  

Seller (Eclectic Duo, LLC) reserves the right to determine if return conditions are acceptable and may deny any/all item(s) for return if necessary.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Most EARRING orders are "made to order" which means they will take approximately 5 business days to be created, in addition to shipping times from USPS.

ALL APPAREL SOLD IS IN STOCK TO OUR WAREHOUSE, WE DO NOT SELL "PRE-ORDERS" OF MERCHANDISE.  If we are sold out of a size or style after you order you will be notified and a refund for that particular item(s) will be issued or a store credit will be issued.

Please send an email if you need your item priority, and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

Shipping times vary on the type of order placed, the availability of the item, the status of custom orders, and also the location the order is be shipped.

Please note that shipping during off-peak seasons is 5-7 business days, not including Saturday and Sunday. **Holiday orders MUST be placed before Dec. 10 in order to guarantee shipping BY Dec. 17th.** Eclectic Duo does not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, Dec. 25th***

Shipping method is USPS, upgrades are available for an extra cost.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

Eclectic Duo, LLC and its owner will not distribute or sell your information to any third-party.  All information collected is used for in-house purposes such as shipping, marketing and/or building customer relationships.
